Leigh Little does an outstanding job in the video introducing the basics of using a hoola-hoop safely. Her posture is good, her voice is clear, and she speaks slowly enough to follow without being boring. I very much appreciated the warm up exercises. Without the video, I might have picked up the hoop and started out cold, using the wrong technique and increasing the chance of injuring myself. So I'm very glad I invested in the dvd when I bought my hoop.

I bought package of large hoop and two smaller ones....these are beautiful hoops....the DVD is great and a must have for those of us starting out..am so very pleased...beautiful colors and I will be ordering more....transaction very smooth....excellent packaging and great information on how to exercise.....very professional operation....
