The DVD is exactly what I had hoped it would be. It is instructional for the beginner and gives expert moves to aspire for too.

nice simple steps in the hoop class to get us started on dance hoops moves even though we've been hooping for a bit already. sexy and fun dance videos. i would have liked more stepxstep instruction on how to do some of the dance moves and facier stuff. i will watch the video over and over until i get them :)
