Our Hoop for Hope Challenge kicks off Monday, January 11. It’s FREE and will keep you on track with your health, fitness, and hooping goals! We’ve got an all star line up of contributors in the areas of nutrition, fitness, AND OF COURSE hooping!

We’ve developed a fun 30 day challenge to create consistency with your nutrition, fitness, and hooping skills to keep your New Years Goals, your HOPE on track.

✅No, the challenge is available to anyone and is free for you to participate. We do ask that you register so that we can send you the challenges as we release them!

What Equipment do I need?


The only special equipment we recommend is a hoop. Any hoop will work – we have challenges designed in both the dance and fitness space. We recommend either the Two In One Fitness Hoop or our Two In One Dance Hoop if you are just starting with your hooping practice.

How Do the Challenges Work?


We will post the challenge for the day on our blog. They will be fitness, nutrition, or hooping related. The challenge notice will hit your inbox and you can head to our blog to see the challenge. You will have 48 hours to complete the challenge. When you finish each challenge, you’ll post “Done” on our Facebook page under the post.


How Long Do Each of the Challenges Take?


We know life is busy so each of the challenges will take 20 minutes or less!


What Happens When I complete the Challenge?


If you complete all challenges you will be entered in a special drawing at the end for a prize giveaway – stay tuned for details.

Leigh Little


Hey everyone! My name is Leigh Little and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I helped create Canyon Hoops Hoop Fitness DVD. A little known fact about me – before we filmed the DVD I had never been behind the camera. It took a bit to get used to but I absolutely loved filming with the Canyon Hoops Crew. I am passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals through targeted nutrition strategies and realistic exercise solutions. I competed in rhythmic gymnastics as a kiddo and even earned a spot at the Olympic Training Center but hung up my hoop for 26 years. I picked it back up when I was 40!



Patrick Daniel Hamrick


My name is Patrick Hamrick (@p_hoops_), I’m from the Chicago area and I’ve been hula hooping for 2 years now. In 2013 I was trying to pick up the pieces of my life to put back together. I was suffering from depression, anxiety, and the tragedy of losing somebody very close to me. And then I found the hula hoop, which has helped me progress and grow much faster than I could have ever imagined. Having something in my life to be passionate about and something I want to continually improve picked me up from rock bottom and has helped me grow exponentially more than if I were to have gone without it. The hula hoop has transformed who I am for the better!
